Jourdan Cruz, LICSW is a medical social worker who previously served as a dementia care manager at the CMC VA Medical Center in Philadelphia. Currently, he is based in Seattle and assists patients throughout the lifespan, focusing on their mental well-being. He holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and read for a Master of Science in Psychological Research at the University of Oxford.
