We will be in a private room at the new 24 Hour Fitness Club in Panther Lake at 20600 108th Avenue SE Kent, WA 98031. Lunch will be catered by Cafe Pacific. Registration is required to ensure we have enough lunches provided.

Please join us as we kick start 2019 with a focus on workplace wellness. We will be hosted by 24 Hour Fitness at Panther Lake with catering by Cafe Pacific. Our panel of speakers will include wellness professionals from 24 Hour Fitness, Outpatient Physical Therapy, and Madrona Natural Medicine.
