The Ambassadors Committee enhances member engagement and fosters connections within the Kent Chamber of Commerce. Ambassadors serve as the welcoming and support arm of the Chamber, ensuring that new and existing members feel connected, valued, and informed.
Charter:
Welcome and onboard new members, familiarizing them with Chamber benefits.
Facilitate introductions and networking at Chamber events.
Maintain regular communication with members, gathering feedback and offering support.
Promote Chamber programs, events, and services to enhance engagement.
Recognize member milestones, achievements, and contributions.
Attend and assist in planning Chamber functions and events.
Provide member feedback and suggestions to the Chamber board.
Participate in training sessions for improved outreach.
Support member retention efforts by identifying at-risk members.
Represent the Chamber’s values in all community interactions
