 The beginning of the year is the time to reflect and to plan.  2019 is a done deal – and it’s important to look at it with clear eyes.  The numbers don’t lie. 
 We’ll discuss the importance of being honest about what worked and how to maintain that, and what didn’t work and how to address those things.  Grounded in reality of a 2019 wrap up, look at what you want to accomplish in 2020. 
Identify the goals, the needed work areas and action plans, and develop an approach to achieve.  Who will do what?  Budget?  Timeline?  Accountability, support, decision making, tracking, staffing, funding. 
Whether you are targeting modest or stretch goals, ground it back in actions and accountability to get the outcomes you are really committed to.
